Spend your days hiking, visiting Brighton/Eastbourne, or simply relaxing on a deck chair with a glass of Prosecco. With peaceful surroundings, birdsong, clear starry skies, and a bubbling hot tub, it’s the perfect place to slow down and unwind.

The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.

Beult Yalding 河畔原始自然野外露营

Wild camping and fishing by the River Beult in Yalding, Kent. You rent the whole space, just under an acre with plenty of space for upto 4 or 5 tents. A mixture of more open areas and mature oak, ash and hazel trees. Facilities are basic, but it's a joy to be in nature. There's a composting toilet, with a proper seat, but bring your own loo paper. A firepit is included, but you need to bring your own wood and water. In season you can fish in the river - good for Chub and Barbel.
