Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Wake up to the sound of Bertie the rooster announcing a new day! Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

The Little Barn has designated parking for one car, modern country style interior, private patio and is surrounded by ancient woodland.

The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.
