Enjoy the beautiful town of Wells in a completely renovated 25-ft camper on a private lot just 1.5 miles from Ogunquit Beach and walking distance from a trolley stop. Set on a secluded, fenced lot, relax outside on the deck, fire pit (FREE firewood), and plenty of lawn to run. It has a queen size bed, a reclining sleeper chair, and a fold down dinette for more guests or kids! It has AC and heat for comfort. This adorable RV has been thoughtfully modernized with all the comforts of home in mind!

Welcome to a truly unique stay! Our property is home to two special ventures—our goat rental business, Scapegoats, and our nonprofit animal sanctuary, Mousam Misfits. While goats are part of the charm, they’re just the beginning—you may also see a variety of rescued animals during your visit. If you love animals and a one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll feel right at home here! We are about 150 ft from the Mousam River, and guests have access to kayaks (for free!) We are located in Stoneham, Maine (25 min. from the Fryeburg Faire). Up to 2 additional twin beds can be added upon request or you have the option of bringing your own tent.
