Recently renovated apartment on 2 levels : first level (53 sq.m.) : fully equipped kitchen including dish washer, living room with dinner table, convertible queen size sofa bed comfortable for 2 people, separate bedroom with king size bed, and big bathroom. On top floor : small mezzanine with single futon mattress, and small rooftop garden with view on Paris roofs. VERY QUIET at night (only courtyard windows) and very sunny. There is a narrow staircase to reach the mezzanine and rooftop level.
