Spacious, quiet and central Bed and Breakfast

We welcome you to our light and spacious en-suite studio room which has everything but the kitchen sink! Private access through French doors into a courtyard garden where you can enjoy a coffee. You are self contained. Our home offers you a quiet/ comfortable retreat from which to explore all the amazing things our region has. Close to Great Taste Cycle Trail and Saxton Stadium and sports grounds. Central for exploring the whole region. We are a 12 minute (aprox) drive to Nelson City Central.

Wendels Acre with panoramic views

Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Beaconview

We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish to have 2 single beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

Kaiteriteri Seachange, Garden Apartment

What makes Seachange stand out from other Kaiteriteri listings? We have 2 Queen Bedrooms both with en-suites, (a third Super King bedroom is available and can be used for an additional cost), breakfast/living area and large outdoor living space for you to use. You can cook your evening meal on the bbq and side burner under the deck. We are only 3 mins walk to the beach, cafes, kayaks and water taxis in the heart of Kaiteriteri. Close to mountain bike park, walking tracks, tourist activities

Hilltop Cabin & Breakfast

This peaceful, serene cabin overlooks Nelson with views out to the sea. The end of a quiet cul-de-sac just metres from excellent walking tracks. Breakfast We provide breakfast for up to 3 nights (toast and spreads, cereals) The kitchenette Equipped with a fridge, microwave, dinnerware etc. While there is no sink in the kitchen, a tub and washing up supplies are provided. Parking Free on-street parking is always available Laundry We are happy to provide a laundry service for longer stays.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

You will relax from the moment you arrive at this special quiet rural setting. Surrounded by totora trees and bird song, the views from every room bring you close to nature. Cable Bay Beach is just 10 minutes away, take a dip or have a coffee. Cable Bay Mountain Bike Park is right on our doorstep, a family friendly park and cafe. We are 15 minutes drive north of Nelson, head into the city to explore the attractions and restaurants or explore the beautiful Tasman region.

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.

Relax in this very peaceful and private setting of this new Studio Apartment with the feeling of being in the Countryside. It is situated 6 km from Nelson CBD and close to bus service into town. There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay.
