Located just a km walk from the beach and Taj exotica, this duplex in a gated complex offers breathtaking views of the fields from your balconies. The first floor boasts two ensuite bedrooms, while the second floor features a living space with kitchen. It takes 15 steps to reach the first floor. Enjoy access to the society’s large swimming pool, which is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Swimwear is mandatory. Note: Loud music and parties around the pool and balconies are strictly prohibited.

This 3 BHK Villa is situated 1.5 kms away from Colva beach. It is in a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing location with a field view that goes undisturbed right up to the beach. At the entrance there is a car parking facility and the house has a compound wall with a gate. It is very popular for weddings.
