はじめまして。札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の２階アパートの1階部分の1部屋です。 生活必需品は揃っていますので、札幌暮らしを体験したい方にオススメです。 JR新川駅から徒歩10分、地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分という少し不便な場所ですが、車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。 施設内に駐車場が1台分用意できます(要予約)。一日500円で利用可能です。(私が使っている駐車場です。私が他の場所に停めます) コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分 スーパーマーケットまで徒歩10分 生活には便利な場所です。 自転車は施設内に４台あります。空いているときはご利用可能です。 Wi-Fi、専用キッチン、バス・トイレ完備ですので、長期滞在やワーケーションなどで、ご利用いただけたらと思います。現状、この部屋にエアコンはありません。暖房はあります。 任天堂ファミリーコンピュータを置きました。古いので、使えないことがあるかもしれまん。 ソファーベッドは170cmです。 ☆送迎について 宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車でお迎えにあがります。時間が合わなければすみません。

One is outdoors and you can enjoy private time drinking beers, seeing stars. Both are big enough for 3 adults. Hot spa goes around under the floor and fire of wood stove warm you up in winter. Would be able to have relaxing time and good sleep in bed rooms have Japanese traditional tatami and shoji (sliding paper door).

Sleeping with a child (preschooler) is free. 30 minutes to Rusutsu Resort where you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding during the winter season Good access to Niseko for 60 minutes!

In front of the building, take the city bus and you'll find the famous conveyor belt sushi restaurant "Toriton" in 15 minutes. Great news for those who want to go to tourist spots like Otaru and Furano! The Sapporo Expressway is an 8-minute drive away.

小樽の小高い山にある、海と山が一望できる民泊ezora、 刻々と景色が変わり、ずっと眺めていたくなる景色は忘れることができない思い出になります。 お部屋は全リフォームしたのでとてもきれいです。洋室は2部屋ありますので、ご家族やグループでも自分の時間を保つことができます。調理器具や洗濯機はそろっており、WI-FIもあるので、長期滞在のご利用も多いです。小樽や札幌の中間にあり、高速ICからも近いので遠出の観光もしやすいです。 お車がないと不便な場所ですが、銭函駅からタクシーを利用することもできます。冬期間は四駆であれば軽自動車でも登ってこられますが大雪の際は除雪が入るまでは移動ができません。 犬は二匹まで一緒に宿泊OK！(別料金2000円、犬種問わず）犬宿泊同意書のサインが必要になりますので予約時に内容をお送りします。（狂犬病予防注射接種、ワクチン接種必須等）※猫は不可 現在のご予約は7月31日まで承っております。8月以降のご予約で7泊以上の長期滞在は承ることもありますのでお問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。
