Modern 2bedroom flat with spacious balcony

Spacious flat for 4-6 people, with large balcony and amazing view of the village of Koutsouras, the sea and the surrounding mountains. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. In the living room area there is a comfortable couch that accomodates 2 more guests. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, stoves, microwave, toaster, espresso&filter coffee machine etc) The flat has two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.The washing machine is in the storage space.

House Elia is in a nice environment. It has a private garden with a nice terrace that you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee. It is situated 10 meters from sea and in walking distance there is a supermarket and nice Taverns. For the lovers of healthy diet, can try freshly cut vegetables from the garden that are grown by my mother......Surely the house ELIA make the difference because of greek coffee who is ofered by my mother[zaxarenia] and the traditional homemade food.

Die Beach Villa 3 steht gleich in erster Reihe zum Strand und hat einen fantastischen, unverbauten Blick aufs Meer. Morgens beim Frühstücken, mittags beim Lunch hat man immer den Strand und das Meer vor Augen und den Sundowner nimmt man natürlich auf der sehr großen Dachterrasse mit weitem Blick übers Meer (im Süden), über die schöne Ferienanlage mit Pool (im Norden) und natürlich die beeindruckende Berglandschaft, die sich hinter dem Ort am Horizont entlang zieht. Traumhaft.
