My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Wooden house is located in Modra - Harmonia recreation area in the middle of beautiful forest and mountains. Restaurant, bar, sports facilities, pool and wellness are few meters. Also you can visit castels, wine cellars or walk at wine yards where you can taste lot of wines with beautiful view. We can rent you bikes , moto, Ski and other sport equipment. Biela Chata is a unique accommodation in the forest above the historic town of Modra. Suitable for 5 people-adults only. You will find a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace ,first floor with two bedrooms, a garage with storinge for sports equipment. Finnish sauna with space for 4 people for upcharge. Outside there is a spacious terrace facing the garden with a fireplace and seating.The cottage has its own parking spaces . WIFI connection.

Chata Buková

Chata sa nachádza pod lesom v chatovej osade nad priehradou. Pozostáva z prízemia kde je toaleta s umývadlom, kuchyňa, predsieň, obývačka s jedálňou. Na poschodí sú 2 spálne s manželskými posteľami a 1 prístelkou. Sprcha je samostatne v suteréne. Primárne kúrenie krbovými kachľami s možnosťou dokurenia elektrickým ohrievačom. V Chate je TV, mikrovlna rúra ľadnička a plynový sporák. V prípade ubytovania aj s domácim miláčikom sa priplaca za upratanie 10 eur za jedno zviera.

Ubytovanie, ktoré poskytuje absolútne súkromie. K dispozícii je sauna na drevo a ochladzovacia kaďa. V dome je vybavená kuchyňa, obývačka s rozkladacou pohovkou, spálňa a wellnes relaxačná miestnosť s východom do záhrady a sauny. Wifi a káblová televízia je samozrejmosťou. Vo výbave sú plachty do sauny, osušky, župany, relaxačná hudba, knihy, esenciálne oleje na aromaterapiu. Parkovanie je zdarma na verejnom parkovisku pred domom. Domáce zvieratá sú povolené po dohode.

Slovak cottage in the Carpathians near Bratislava

The traditional Slovak cottage from the 1960s has a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a shared kitchen with equipment, a gas stove with oven. Shared bathroom with shower and separate shared toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with three double beds and extra beds. More sleeping possible in the living room. Each room also has separate electric heating. Electromagnetic smog negligible. There is also an outdoor gazebo with outdoor seating and a natural fireplace.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Vacation House fully equipped, 5 cars free parking

Its a small house at the end of the Village surrounded with forrest and mountains. Only few meters away starts the tourist road. 1 Parking place in front of cottage, other 3 parkings few meters away on turistic parking places( close to main road and under light). Cottage has central gass heating with thermostat, fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Close to cottage is garage where you can keep your gear/bikes equipment.

Rybníček, comfort in the middle of nature

”Rybníček” is a cozy small apartment in a private forest setting surrounded by beautiful nature of Pezinská baba, 15 minutes from Pezinok city and 40 minutes from Bratislava. Rybníček was reconstructed by my parents who live there all year long, together with their dogs, cats and several chickens :) We rent only one part of the house, so you are the only guests when staying at Rybníček.
