My property located in a very serene village with lots of natural activities. You can walk around the countryside, hiking, fishing and expereince rice harvesting (seasonal). Malampuzha Dam,Rock Garden, Palakkad Fort, Kanjirapuzha Dam, Silent Valley Natural Reserve, Bharathapuzha are very well known tourist attractions in the district. Palakkad is famous for its cultural activities such as Kalpathy Ratholsavam, Nenmara Vallangi Vela (famous for Fireworks), Chembai Music Festival, to name a few.

We have excellent Wi-Fi connection which is OFC based. Most of our Guests are IT professionals who find this an ideal place for workation. As per Airbnb speed test we have a steady speed of 120 Mbps. The local JIO tower also gives a speed of about 85 Mbps. • This property is located in a large Coffee & Tea plantation of about 30 acres. There is a fish pond in the garden. • A tree hut is available for friends to get together and have a party. . A kitchenette is available on a nominal payment.
