IN PASEO DEL PRADO AREA, UNESCO´S WORLD HERITAGE SITE- Escape to this meticulously curated lifestyle apartment for peace and tranquility. The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Cool ,urban top floor loft at Malasña's heart.

I wanted to create a unique open space combining modern layout features, trendy furniture, traditional details and above all top qualities. The result is a very spacious and bright loft where the colors, wood, tiles, iron beams and plants, merge magically with the natural sun light. The extreme peace and quiet contrast in harmony. Unique and full of character. Perfect for cuples getaway, digital nomads, students or professionals looking for a cozy and bright place in Madrid with personality. Spacious and bright open-plan loft in the heart of Madrid's Malasaña district, located in the city center. The loft, formerly my photography studio, is in a building with few neighbors and an artistic atmosphere. Equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. 40 m² of space with exposed wooden beams and 5-meter ceilings.

Es un estudio en la calle Mayor al lado del Mercado de San Miguel y situado en un lateral del que se constituye la Plaza Mayor. Esta zona es la almendra de Madrid puede irse andando a todos los sitios del centro, Museos, Teatros.....etcétera, es el centro histórico de la capital el Madrid de los Austrías y todos los servicios necesarios están en la zona. Es una casa bien construida de aquella época, en la casa se respira tranquilidad Serán bien acogidos los visitantes.

Nos encontramos en la Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 en pleno Centro de Madrid, a cinco minutos del metro de la Latina, en esta calle ponen El Rastro todos los domingos, el apartamentos cuenta con habitación independiente, un baño completo y un espacio de salón con cocina Americana.
