Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

U prizemlju se nalazi bazen sa lezaljkama, tušem, stolom za ručanje i rostiljem sa mini kuhinjicom na raspolaganju gostima cijele kuće. Svi apartmani imaju wi-fi i tv,perilicu posuđa,klima uredaj te perilicu i sušilicu rublja na koristenje.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
