Predviđen je za smještaj 5 osoba, a sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom (dodatni krevet za jednu osobu nalazi se u jednoj od spavaćih soba), kupaone s tuš kadom, kuhinje s blagavaonicom, balkona te zasebnog ulaza. Apartman ima centralni klimatizacijski uređaj, TV, Wi-Fi pristup...

Apartman posjeduje svoj zasebni ulaz (dostupan isključivo stepenicama) i zajedničku terasu s pogledom na more.
