Our home was relocated and includes many original features. 3 large bedrooms, open plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Large deck at the back with morning sun and afternoon shade. The deck is set up high, amongst the trees, filtered ocean and lake views. Enjoy the birds through the day and keep an eye out for koalas and for bandicoots at night. Short walk to the lake, 5 mins drive to the beach.

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

Polehouse Mudbrick (Adobe) 1BR Flat

The Polehouse is located on the outskirts, with abundant bird life and outstanding views. The 2-storey 1br unit is architect-designed in Moroccan style. The upper bedroom has a deck, with a covered patio below. GUESTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN (Towels plus pillow slips and Q/S UPPER AND LOWER SHEETS - no doona contact with skin). If they can't, they can usually buy it cheaply at op shops along the way.
