Enjoy this unique 1950’s restored beach townhouse in the best area of St Paul’s Bay. It is located steps away from a secluded small sandy beach. The house is designed to take relaxation to a whole new level, complete with a meditation/yoga room and a 50 sq meter terrace and lush balcony space to capture the view. The house retains its original layout, all rooms have high ceilings with a separate living room, dining room, kitchen and a back yard, all pleasantly restored with relaxation in mind.

A wonderful street level, 2 bedroom maisonette with back yard situated in a very quite street, yet very close to the beach 3min walk, the square 5mins walk where you can find pubs, restaurants and night life, as it is very central. Just down the road one will also find the bus stop. The maisonette will be only used by the persons renting it. the bedrooms have no windows but has a manual ventilitaion according to the Maltese law check in info will be sent a day before I also hold an MTA license
