Best location on the Asian side

The flat is very near to the seaside, only 2 minutes walking. The minibus street and Marmaray train, buses are only 5 minutes away. There r a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The aria is very quiet, peaceful. Our flat is on the second floor with no elevator. We have 2 bedrooms with a double and a single bed plus a sofa you can sleep on in the living room. No smoking inside, but on the balkony, where we have a table and chairs. We speak in Turkish, Hungarian, English, Italian, French

Ulaşım kolay yerde, yeni binada temiz daire

Sessiz, ulaşımı kolay, metroya 8 dk. yürüme mesafesinde dairemizde rahat edebilirsiniz. Ağaçlı bir bahçede Bahçe katıdır, o yüzden yazın serin bir dairedir ama yine de evde 2 adet güçlü vantilatör vardır Evden çalışanlar için uygun. Apartman ve çevresi rahat edilebilecek nezih ortamda. Kadınlar için güvenilir yerdedir. Çift kişilik yataklı 2 yatak odalıdır. Bina yanında market var, yakında pastane, yürüme mesafesinde Hiltown avm de yemek için restoranlar mevcut. Depreme dayanıklıdır.

High Floor Luxury 1B Amazing Sea View

This residence with a breathtaking view is located in a shopping mall called Ritim Istanbul ( you can check my maps). There is a security and reception desk at the entrance; the building has security cameras everywhere. The flat is 3 mins away from the Metro station by walking. You can go to Kadıkoy in 25 mins. Our internet is fiber, the speed will be around 100MPS. We will always be online so that you can ask us anything, and We will help you.
