If you are looking for a quiet and convenient location in the Paoli area for a comfortable stay, welcome to East Central Ave. Close to shops, restaurants, walking trails, and the Paoli train station. This suite is a basement, but it has a private entrance, full bathroom and a patio. The kitchen has white cabinets with appliances, including a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, kettle, and a refrigerator. Ideal for family of 5, 1 bedroom with a queen bed for 2 and 2 sofa cum beds for 3.

Wonderful Suite

This great room is part of my house that is featuring a private entrance, private bathroom, and a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. It is also an old house but well maintained in the neighborhood but not suitable for children. This vibrant architecture with brick, large porch, large windows, and a sense of the 18th century beauty. It’s also located between an highway and a main road, meaning cars noises are present. Please only book if you feel comfortable with the location, a car is ideal.

Homey Atmosphere in Kimberton

My place is within walking distance from the Kimberton Village, which is home to a local family owned whole foods store and top quality restaurants. We are also a short drive from Phoenixville and Valley Forge Historic National Park; within an hour to Philadelphia. King of Prussia is 20+ minutes drive. There are many free state, county and township parks in the area. You will need your own transportation. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. See you soon!

Our apartment in located in the heart of West Chester PA. Our place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, great views, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love Sunset Valley Farm because it is a Horse property with activities on the property (season permitting). Horse lessons, Kayak, creek, fishing, and near all of the local attractions (King of Prussia Mall, Gettysburg, Valley Forge, Brandywine river, Lancaster (Amish country) 40 mins away).
