Kitchen is fully equipped. The 1st bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, private balcony and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom features two queen size beds with a closet and a full bath. The property has a GOLF CART available for rent separately.

The property is 25 miles from San Juan (30 minutes from the San Juan International Airport); minutes away from the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Casino, a couple of miles from the east coast's best surf spot La Pared, and Luquillo's public beach.

Also, we are 20 minutes from Fajardo Bioluminescent Kajak Attraction. Our commodities entails relaxation. This unit comes with one private master room, 1sofa bed, kitchen fully equiped, TV and Wifi. (4) people capacity and private parking lot space. ⚠️Note: The living room have only roof fan. Master room with a/c window.

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have never been installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)
