The unit is provided with its own AC and heat. The “Florida Shower” provides a large, private outdoor shower experience, with plenty of hot water, beneath the stars. Offers a ten acre lake view from inside or out. Many species of birds and wildlife are spotted, with 45 acres of bordering woodland.

It has beautiful and peaceful water views of the lake. It’s within 30 minutes of the Gulf Coast’s best beaches, including Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and Siesta Key. Only ten miles from Sarasota airport (SRQ) and about one hour from Tampa airport (TPA).

The apartment is attached to our shop/barn but you will not have access, nor be bothered during your stay! We (Beth & Merlin) live in the main house. 15 miles from Siesta beach and 12.5 miles from St. Armands and Lido beach.
