Completely private fenced and gated yard including a driveway parking space. Perfect for 1 or 2 ppl with everything you need. Great neighborhood right near I-75 with a grocery store, walmart, pharmacy, hospital, gas station and several restaurants all within a 2 minute drive. We are the famous Christmas Light neighborhood as well. December is a treat!

It is close to the Manatee River and near Fort Hamer Park, the Florida Railroad Museum, Lake Manatee State Park, Desoto Speedway, and Downtown Lakewood Ranch. We have renovated our home for maximum comfort with modern touches and with a fenced yard for children and pets. Our home is child and pet friendly.
