Enjoy solitude in a country setting but have access to many activities, restaurants, and amenities only 10 minutes away in Lakewood Ranch community. The Guesthouse is a 40 minute drive to several wonderful beaches, including beautiful Siesta Key. Other nearby places of interests include UTC Shopping District, Hunsader Farms, TreeUmph and Ellenton Outlet Mall, Myakka State Park, and Celery Fields.

Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

A fully equipped kitchen, living Rm with leather couches and a dining area. 3 bdrms- a King in the Master, 2 twins in 2nd and a bunk rm, 2 full baths, a balcony, and 2 patios. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, only 5 mins from I-75 and 10 mins from UTC Mall, Benderson race park, and exceptional dining experiences.

We are located in Myakka City, FL, which is a short drive to Siesta Key and Lido Beach and Sarasota! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our newly built, unique, air-conditioned cracker cabin. The cabin sleeps 4 guests and is located in the middle of our 1,100 acre working cattle ranch. Step outside and you are right on the Myakka River and can sit by the fire-pit at night and enjoy the sounds of nature. While your visiting, enjoy a kayak down the Myakka River.
