Luxury Villa in Side with private pool and 4 bedrooms just 350m from the beach. You cant get a villa with a much better location than this, just 7 minutes walk to the beach. This villa is situated on the Sunrise Hill complex ,which features two generously sized swimming pools and childs pool-however the villa has its own private pool to the front of the property when a little peace and tranquility is required.There is an on site shop and cafe .The development comprises of just 7 villas and 24 apartments.
