With own access. Facilities to make tea and coffee, with microwave / toaster and mini fridge and Smart TV in second room. Guest house is located next to the main dwelling, linked by beautiful decking, that guests have shared access to utilise. Our house / guesthouse is situated well back from the road.

This unit is in the lower part of our home, which is a 2-storey building. Your access, courtyard and living areas are all completely separate from ours, with off street parking. Your privacy during your stay is our utmost consideration and therefore we take all steps necessary to leave you to relax.

A five minute drive or a stroll along the lakefront will get you into town. We’re a few minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens and the lakefront :-)

Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. A King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, frypan, coffee machine, tea, and milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). A kitchenette/laundry is also available for your use. A five minute walk away to Cafe, Restaurant, Fish & Chips and Boat Ramp. Not Suitable for children under the age of 10.
