Absolute riverfront modern home, private jetty.

Fabulous riverfront location only 1 Hour from Perth. Complete with all the mod cons you will need. Wake up to the serenity of the Murray river. Enjoy a spot of fishing on your own private jetty or head out in the boat to catch your breakfast(boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Summer days are glorious in this waterfront property and during the cooler months you just need a good book or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine. Ah the serenity.

Bring your bathers - 2 streets from Rockingham foreshore! Centrally located self-contained 40m2 open-plan studio, 1 QB, 1 foldout DB sofa in a quiet location (cot & single mattress/bedding avail on request). Cafes & award winning restaurants, shops and playgrounds are 10 minutes walk away. Dog beach close by. Smart TV & free play Arcade machine in your room, separate entrance; however share the same roof as our home. Bus stop at end of street takes you to train station or shops in 10 minutes.

Delightful Beach retreat for you to relax ,just one hour south of Perth. It has 4 double bedrooms which easily sleeps 8 adults and more if you utilise the sofa bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. Front porch to watch the kangaroos at night or rear entertainment deck with BBQ and undercover area at rear. Our Family Holiday home, not a new hotel, but we love it! 6 min walk to the beach. Please note we do not accept Schoolies bookings.

Golfers Retreat or Beach Getaway - you can enjoy both! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is just perfect for your Mandurah holiday. Reverse cycle aircon in family/dining area & bedrooms.Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle bed in single size, plus desk. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

Jo's cosy studio close to town

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

This is our family friendly holiday home and we have tried to ensure there are plenty of amenities to help you have a relaxing stay. As soon as you step through the door you will feel right at home & relaxed. This open plan, high ceiling shack is a great place to unwind. Perfectly positioned near boat ramps for ocean fishing or crabbing in the estuary. Not to mention beautiful beaches; with snorkelling, stand up paddle boarding, wind/kite surfing & surfing on offer. There is plenty of space to store all your toys for your fun filled holiday or just to lounge around & enjoy quality time with friends & family.
