The Chalet will be clean, spacious and convenient to everything available in this beautiful environment. You will have a generous view of our estuary and sandhills to the front. Then as the property backs on to a farm there is a very strong rural feel, with wide views of Bream Tail Farm and the Brynderwyn hills. Trek the Goldschmidt track to the beach from the top end of Cullen St or 25 minutes walk by road. The estuary walk is about 10 minutes via the shortcut track halfway down the road.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Homely timber living area with balcony and fabulous sea views. Step out on to beautiful Picnic Bay. Ideal sheltered swimming area. 3 minutes walk to Surf beach. 4 minutes drive to shops, cafes, championship golf course. Tariff for 2 people is based on them just using the main bed and bathroom upstairs. If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.

Nestled overlooking rolling pastures, hills and lakes this peaceful, semi-rural studio retreat will leave you rested and relaxed. Inside is a comfortable king-bed, ensuite, kitchenette, indoor lounge and outdoor patio. You can enjoy a glass of local wine and cheese looking out to lush green landscape and the odd duck walking by. <10mins drive to Mangawhai Heads beach, estuary, shops, cafes, vineyards and eateries. A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.
