Newly built front-side apartment with breathtaking sea view. Only 2 minutes from the beautiful beach and 20 minutes walk from the old town. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and different shops can be found just a few steps from the house. A bus station is very near the building so you can go to city center or to the ancient city of Butrint (UNESCO world heritage) (15 min drive) The location of the building is in street Butrinti across the beautiful beaches and with easy access by car.
