Permaculture garden stay - 2 bedrooms

Cosy, clean, quiet and spacious 2 bedroom garden apartment with separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom, with every amenity for a great stay. Large paved patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture and views over the acre of permaculture garden. Adults and children over 13 only (garden safety issues). Two mins walk to locals cafe, 2 mins drive to takeaways and bars, 5 mins to centre of town, coastal walkway, galleries, and museum. Ten mins drive to Pukekura park for Womad and Bowl concerts.

Cosy by the Sea

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Studio Verde - Tranquil setting, Great location

Our Studio Verde has been prepared with care for our guests. You can walk to famous Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands in just a few minutes. Mountain biking/hiking at Lake Mangamahoe is less than 10 minutes drive. Relax in a tranquil setting surrounded by native bush, enjoy abundant bird life, (plus we have chickens) and a nature track that runs behind our property and connects to the Te Henui walkway and spectacular New Plymouth Coastal walkway. Situated in a lush garden, back-dropped by nature, hiking trails and birdsong, we are a short 5 to 10 minute drive to Restaurants, The Marine Reserve, Town Centre, Coastal walkway, Surfing beaches and Pukekura Park ( Womad + Concerts). With parking on the property and a private entrance our guest suite is modern, cosy, relaxing and quiet with thoughtful touches throughout. Luxury details include lovely linens, Netflix a spacious bathroom with infinity hot water and amazing water pressure.

Time Out on Te Mara

Walk straight into your own studio style room with en-suite which is situated beneath our family home. Sorry there are no cooking facilities but a small fridge, microwave, jug, plates, cups, cutlery and also tea and coffee supplied. Te Henui walkway is 2 minutes walk away which leads you straight onto the foreshore walkway. Quick walk up the road to the locate supermarket, Pharmacy and Stumble Inn Cafe & Bar. Less than 5 minutes drive to central New Plymouth. Includes free Wifi

Our sunny self-contained north facing studio apartment is located in the popular suburb of Merrilands. It is a 5 minute drive to the city centre. We are located down a right of way with lovely ocean views. It is a newly built downstairs space with modern amenities and a separate entrance. There is a garage next to the studio where you can store bikes. Complimentary unlimited ultrafast fibre. One free off-street parking space is provided beside the studio entrance.

A bed by the beach

Comfortable self contained studio, with own access, 1 Double bed, own shower and toilet, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster , hot plate 2 elements., TV. Shopping centres, laundrette, takeaways, and cafes nearby. We no longer supply breakfast but milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar is supplied. Off street parking. 5 minutes to airport, 2 minutes to the beach and walkway. NOTE: due to thickness of the concrete walls WIFI is positional. ADULTS ONLY

Young Street Private Gem - So Close to Town

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).

2-bdrm place close to Coastal Walkway

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette (Toaster, Microwave and Fridge) Close to city centre, walkway and Port. We live upstairs, but the downstairs area is private with a seperate entrance. Walk towards the sea and turn left along the walkway towards the Port, Ngamotu Beach and cafes. Turn right on the walkway and a 10 minute walk away is the Aquatic Centre and Destination Kāwaroa.
