Evimiz Foça merkezde her yere yakın yeni restore edilmiş orjinal taş binadır. Doğduğum evdir. Girişte geniş bir hol ve oturma grubu üst katta deniz gören 2 yatak odası 4 kişiliktir, mutfak banyo tuvalet bulunmaktadır. Tüm kullanılan malzemeler 1. sınıf ağaç ve taşlardan oluşmaktadır. Tüm elektronik araç gereçler ve merkezi sistem klima ve her odada ayrı cihaz bulunmaktadır. Isınma ve soğutma için iyi randımanlı bir klima sistemi vardır. . Sıcak su elektrikli termosifon ile sürekli mevcuttur.

Βενζινάδικα, μίνι μάρκετ, κρεοπωλείο, φούρνοι, ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, πιτσαρία, σουβλατζίδικο το καθιστούν ένα μοναδικό χωριό που δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα. Η πόλη της Μυτιλήνης είναι μόλις 6 χιλίομετρα μακριά.
