This homely yet modern house will cater for all family occasions from golfing days to wedding invites . The perfect location just overlooks the 4 th tee and in view of the Resort Hotel. The 4 bedrooms allow up to a maximum of 8 adults +2 kids - 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs for those that don't do stairs! The large kitchen leads onto a small patio with garden furniture. The living room has a gas fire . All bed linen,towels,tea and coffee are provided . Ample parking at your door for 3 cars .

It's a very CLEAN and Warm place to stay. The beds are very comfy. There are 2 double beds 1 is en suite. And 1 single bed which will use the main bathroom. Can easily sleep 5. There is nowhere within 20 miles that caters for 8 people at such a low cost, so is excellent value for money. Sorry, but do not book if you are planning to hold a party or you're easily offended by house rules.
