Alpine Villa is located in Sawmill Settlement, 4 minutes drive to the Mt. Buller gates. It has 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite and LED TV and main bathroom with spa bath. There's a generously sized living area with open fire place, 55 inch TV & home theatre system. There's heating and A/C throughout the house, wi-fi and a covered outdoor alfresco area with BBQ and 8 seater dining table. With a drying room for your ski gear and bike racks in the garage we're set up for your Buller adventure!

Located only a short walk to hotel, a short drive to restaurants and adventure area's. All are set at the foot of the Mt Buller snowfields and other alpine slopes.
