During the blueberry season experience the joyful bustle of the pick-your-own blueberries and flowers, Mid-July - August. Private guest house attached to farmhouse. Enjoy our patio and spacious lawns plus in-ground pool. Walk along the blueberry bushes, farm roads and woodland trails. Guest space has a simple & natural aesthetic, a relaxing haven.

It's less than 10 min, almost a straight shot, to town and the slopes at Holiday Valley and Holimont. This apartment is hidden in the barn of an old dairy farm, adjacent to the main house. You'll be able to enjoy your own quiet hideout as well as the scenic drive through the valley on your way to town.

Holiday Valley is 5 miles away, where you'll find the best skiing, tubing, mountain biking and golfing in the area. We're also just a short drive to Salamanca and Allegany state park where more thrills await!

Welcome to Deer Run Cabin. A comfortable two bedroom cabin set on three acres of beautiful wooded land situated just outside the town of Ellicottville. The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. A perfect mix of privacy and convenience. * If you are bringing a pet, please let us know by adding your pet to the reservation, and read our house rules before you book.

The Pines Chalet~ Hot Tub~Fireplace~ Fire Pit!

Located just two miles from the Village of Ellicottville, The Pines on Maples offers stunning views & a variety of amenities for relaxation and entertainment. Tucked away in the rolling hills of Western New York, this chalet features a large wood deck with a Weber grill & sitting area, as well as a walk-down path to an eight-person hot tub & an unilock fire pit with Adirondack chairs, we provide CAMPFIRE WOOD!! State of the art Stuv indoor fireplace for cozy cabin days!

Glamping at the Farm

-We invite you to come be a happy "Glamper" and have a unique farm experience. The Glamper has everything you will need. It is located near our barns and play area, has a stunning view of the valley. -5 minutes from Lime Lake, 20 minutes from Ellicottville, 45 minutes from Buffalo, and 65 minutes from Niagara Falls. -Outdoor area includes a picnic table, small grill, and a fire pit. Tents are allowed (tent rental available at the farm). Open May 1 - October 13.
