Family built cabin on 30 acre country estate, just outside exciting year round resort village of Ellicottville. Perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, the cabin has all necessities, similar to a tiny house. Nestled near the gardens, and surrounded by quiet rolling hills. Enjoy with door step delivered breakfast, or book a guided hike with estate owner and learn about medicinal plants and flowers, the topography of the land and a farm fresh picnic lunch on the peninsula of our lake.

Holiday Valley is 5 miles away, where you'll find the best skiing, tubing, mountain biking and golfing in the area. We're also just a short drive to Salamanca and Allegany state park where more thrills await!

DEER RUN CABIN, a cozy cabin in the woods.

Welcome to Deer Run Cabin. A comfortable two bedroom cabin set on three acres of beautiful wooded land situated just outside the town of Ellicottville. The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. A perfect mix of privacy and convenience. * If you are bringing a pet, please let us know by adding your pet to the reservation, and read our house rules before you book.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.

The Empty Nest ...2nd floor

Qaintly named "The Empty Nest" ! Comfortable 2 bedroom upper apartment with private entrance and driveway. I gladly welcome well behaved pets and offer a large fenced off backyard. Come visit Randolph for a couple of days or an extended stay. Conveniently located close to Ellicottville, Jamestown and the Chautauqua Lake Region, Seneca Allegany Casino, Allegany State Park and the Amish trail. Popular wedding venues and golf courses right near by as well.
