Bob's Cottage Mansfield

Bob's cottage is a unique, private, self-contained high-country accommodation, located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1930s for Delatite’s first full-time gardener and has recently been renovated. Nestled into the side of a hill, above the Delatite river. The farm cottage has glorious views across pastoral river flats with the ever-changing colours of the mountains as a backdrop. Perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway.

Situated on Strickland Views farm, the Cottage is close to the mountain village of Marysville and Lake Mountain Snow Resort. The farm is bordered by the pristine Acheron River which is only a short walk away & has panoramic views of the surrounding ranges. We breed Angus cattle and calves are born each September.
