Beautiful, well equipped and well-maintained vacation home located in South Ridge Subdivision in a cul-de-sac setting. Enjoy biking, kite flying on the dunes, a quiet walk to the sound, or relaxing in your own private pool! Our pool is open from April 5th through mid October. Our house is 1 mile to the nearest public beach access with numerous public beach access points within 2 miles. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Jockeys Ridge sand dunes and sound beach are just .8 miles.

Conveniently located on Roanoke Island in the gated Pirate’s Cove community steps away from Pirate’s Cove marina, pool (seasonal), tennis courts, playground, restaurant, bar, and ship’s store.

Enjoy a little oasis by the great Atlantic. Park your car and walk to some of the OBX's best restaurants and bars. Come back and lounge by the pool, take a walk on the beach via the private condo access, or relax in your garden condo. Blue-Green Gardens condo is peaceful and comfortable with lots of plants to enhance tranquility and rejuvenation. This gem is perfect for a couple or small family. In the off season stay 2 nights or more. June 17-August 12 rent by the week.

Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.
