Secluded, 1 acre, 4 BR 2 BA house on Lake Hannan only 10 min from downtown. Private lower level 1- BR Queen apartment (1000 ft2) w/ large LR w/add'l Queen sofa, kitchen and bath. Private lakeside entrance with secure self check-in Huge patio overlooking Hannan Lake w/hammock and wood fired 4 person Sauna tent. Near walking and biking trails Make a campfire & enjoy the view. The lake is a magnet for wildlife but shallow and not a good fishing lake but there are some good fishing lakes nearby.

Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood
