Peaceful, private, perfect home from home

Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

The Hideaway: Farnsfield (5 mins from Southwell)

A rural retreat in Farnsfield on the doorstep of both Sherwood Forest and Southwell Town. All mod-cons, the Hideaway has the best of modern day living in a peaceful, quiet countryside location. The Hideaway is rural, nature walks left right and centre and with a Scandi style. With a super-comfy kingsized bed and a Juliet Balcony overlooking fields. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and newly fitted bathroom. Farnsfield is a thriving village with a bar/cafe, and several restaurants.

Set in the peaceful country village of Burton Joyce, in the stunning Trent valley, 20 Mins from vibrant Nottingham. A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates). A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

We are very well placed to access the city but just as close to the countryside in the opposite direction. We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

The Red Lodge Annexe

A well presented self contained annexe with private garden and hot tub, Nestled in the picturesque village of Woodborough in Nottinghamshire, this charming annexe is perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat or even a stop gap for a family day out at one of Nottinghamshire's local attractions. The interior is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cosy bedroom.

New Lodge Cabin

A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.

Willow View Room

Luxurious and totally private suite with ensuite and kitchenette, set back in a stunning, peaceful garden, detached from house with own private entrance. Complete with Wi-Fi, TV, washing facilities and off street secure parking. Within walking distance to local amenities, village pubs and beautiful countryside, walks and bicycle paths alongside the river only minutes away. Additional single camp bed and travel cot available if required.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
