Relax in the southern sunset on the large veranda listening to the calls of local birds. This is a private house, with independent access, garden and parking space: it has 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom - and it is ideal for a family or 4 people. It is entirely located on a first floor, which makes it brighter and safer. Access to the house is either from the front or rear stairs. The private parking has space for 2 cars; while the garden includes an external kitchen with barbecue facilities, available for lazy afternoons.
