This fabulous cottage is located in Sunnybrae near Tappan which is 15 minutes from Salmon Arm. The cottage is across the street from the lake with its own private lake access. The cottage has two bedrooms and a great bathroom with a large soaker tub and a large kitchen with a lovely dining area. The cottage also has a washer and dryer. Your front patio gets the morning and afternoon sun and your back patio gets the evening Sun. Mooring buoy in front of your cottage on the lake is available.

This 3 bedroom + basement with quad bunks features a grassy area that will allow for many hours of family fun playing and enjoying backyard fires. It has a very large paved driveway with basketball hoop and hockey net and can park multiple boat or RV trailers with space to spare! Gear room in garage also included with rental. Great property for a couple of families or groups!
