O Voskos consists of two floors, a charming backyard & a small terrace with a panoramic view of the three bays (Nimborio, Yalo, Pedi), the Turkish coast and the medieval Castle ruin. Built in stone and recently renovated, it has an authentic moussandra, wooden flooring and antique furniture. Far enough from the touristic infrastructures and its noise, you will sleep peacefully.

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
