Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

California king bed, Central A/C, washer-dryer. and full kitchen in unit! Designed by dog lovers (dogs 45 lbs and under are typically most comfortable due to size of space).

A charming one 1 BR apartment attached to our home with a private deck. Entrance to deck and apt. is up eight stairs. Located in a quiet country setting 5 min. from the center of Woodstock and 15 min. from Kingston. This lovely apt. includes central A/C, WiFi, Roku, refrig., outdoor gas grill, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink, counter top electric burners, no oven. The bedroom has queen size bed. LR has a day bed for added sleeping space. Come spend time in a tranquil setting.

Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

Cliff Top retreat with a one hundred mile view of the Shawangunk's and the Catskill Mountains, surrounded by thousands of acres of ancient forest. Conveniently located in the Hudson Valley Wine and Orchard country. Twenty minutes from Beacon and New Paltz. Furnished with mid-century and 18th century period furniture and art work, yet with all the modern conveniences. Uber and Lift an easy five minutes away. The ancient forest contains many Stone Age rock shelters and calendar sites.

Shack in the Heart of Rosendale

This unique, centrally located 500 sq ft ground-floor, 1.5 story apartment is in an ideal location to explore Rosendale and the surrounding areas. Located in a 1890s Brownstone, the Shack is a comfortable refurbished studio with hand hewn beams, brick walls and a wood burning stove. Sleep in a queen Murphy bed (pulls down) and prepare food in the kitchenette. Keep in mind nobody above you and the town shuts down at 10 PM so you have a decent amount of peace and quiet.

It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

View the trestle and walk 5 minutes to the trail from the house. Walk to local eateries, and cinema, or just relax by the river.
