Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

The Farmhouse is part of the Grateful Woods family! It sits on 7 acres at the top of the hill & offers a beautiful view of our farm just across the road. In addition to its own amenities like a hot tub, firepit, and game room, guests enjoy full access to everything Grateful Woods has to offer—scenic trails, peaceful walks through the pastures, and time with our friendly animals, including goats, Highland cows, chickens, & horses. The O&W Trail House is a renovated 1870's farm house. It is perfectly situated at the entrance to the O&W rail trail in Cottekill, NY just minutes from High Falls, Stone Ridge and Rosendale. Both New Paltz and Kingston are 15 minutes away. The home perfectly balances the historic farmhouse feel with modern décor and amenities including a large outdoor hot tub. An open concept chefs kitchen is fully stocked and makes for a perfect setting to enjoy quality time with friends and family.

Wake to forest views in a modern A-frame with 2 bedrooms, including a cozy loft. Hike nearby trails, soak in the cedar hot tub, or visit local breweries. In summer, barbecue or gather at the fire pit; in winter, warm up by the wood stove on the 2-acre Catskills property. Note: Guests must be 13 or older, and all teenagers must be listed on the reservation. Pets are welcome with prior approval, agreement to pet rules, and payment of the pet fee.
