The Pacific Ocean to the east with patrolled beaches nearby, and the majestic Mount Coolum to the west! This apartment is situated just meters from the boardwalk that accesses Marcoola Beach, being an easy 5 minute walk. Combined living and kitchen area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony to catch the morning sun. Single garage provides secure parking up to medium sized vehicle. The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

You’ll enjoy your own space with everything you need to relax, including natures calming ocean sounds for sleeping.

The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Seaside Getaway, this Studio, sits across from spacious picturesque park, at the end of the park is a beautiful boardwalk linking Marcoola's white sandy beaches. A quiet surfy community where you can relax in our Modern, Bright, Functional Studio with your own entry and balcony, cafe on the corner and short walk along the beach to surf club, restaurants, IGA shops and everything you could possibly need. An easy base to explore the Beautiful Sunshine Coast, only a few km from the Airport.

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

This light and airy air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite is ideally situated at Mudjimba Beach. Self-contained with its own private entrance, it is located in a very quiet street one block away from the surf, cafes, restaurants and shops. Guests can park right outside the door. Facilities include a bar fridge, free-to-air TV and Wifi, DVDs, toaster and complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities.
