This spacious, newly renovated apartment boasts a superb location, metres from Cotton Tree Village with cafes, restaurants and shopping for your perfect relaxed beach holiday. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the iconic Chateau Royale complex with all its complementary benefits. Private Poolside Villa less than a 1km from the Beach and 400 meters to Mount Coolum hike, situated in the green seaside suburb of Mount Coolum. Your own private pool in a newly renovated villa with full kitchen, living area + outdoor alfresco with Weber BBQ. We live in the main house on the property but the space is private and we are usually away when we rent out the Airbnb. Walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants and if your into riding bikes there are kms of path at your doorstep.

Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

This modern one bedroom, one bathroom unit is fully self contained overlooking the pool. It has its own front door access and separate access to your EXCLUSIVE USE of the pool. Located within 150 metres walking distance to beautiful Buddina Beach and 150 metres also to the Mooloolah River. It is also a kilometre from a major shopping centre with cinemas and ten minutes drive to iconic Mooloolaba. Across the road, you can walk to a choice of coffee shops and Thai restaurant

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.
