Quiet. 1-2 min to market, bakery, etc. Located in flat part of Guanajuato, ~10 min to Jardín de la Unión. No stairs!!!

The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments exclusively. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming.
