The house is built in 2019 with decent size 4 bedrooms. Good price for small to big family stay. The house and Bedrooms are fully funished with ceiling fans and ducted A/C. Long term stay is available. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. Airbnb strictly bans all parties and I don't accept any kind of parties. The 2 bedrooms both have air-conditioning, fans and plenty of cupboard space. Large flat screen tv including Streaming services & good wifi. A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.
