This spacious Penthouse with incredible 180 degrees sea views from its spacious covered patio is perfect for sipping sundowners and preparing meals on the gas braai. The apartment is only a short 5 minute walk to the very popular blue flag Lucien beach as well as convenient shops and restaurants. The unit comes with a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The large outdoor entertainment patio is furnished with loungers and a family dining area. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Although no sea view from the unit itself you can fall asleep while listening to the waves crashing at night. Lovely tidal pools to bathe in or to fish. The main Blue flag beach is a short stroll away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a firepit, braai area outside in the private garden area. Owners willing to assist wherever needed.
