Het appartement bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving waar heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst kan worden, er is ook een leuk en net buitenzwembad op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand dat tegen entree bezocht kan worden. Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Verder zijn Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aachen dichtbij goed bereikbaar.

De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,70 each a night.
