About this space Welcome to this brand new Guest home in Goodyear. Our home is perfect for guests looking for a delightful & welcoming stay built in 2024. It is a 1 bedroom suite & includes a king bed and a foldable queen memory foam bed. Our place is equipped with all the essentials you need, including an iron, a washer & dryer, patio, & WiFi. This rental includes access to the Guest Suite only not the main home. You have your own private entrance on the side of the home & free street parking.

I live in the house, but guests have a bedroom and private bathroom . Bed is full size, there is a T.V. in your room. Botanical Gardens , Phoenix Zoo, Trader Joe's are close. Public transportation is close by. I have no pets in my home.
