Zwischen Burgau und Luz gelegen, erreicht ihr in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß den malerischen Strand "Praia da Luz". Umgeben von fantastischen Stränden und großartigen Restaurants werdet ihr den perfekten Urlaub genießen.

Enjoy surf/yoga/hiking/birdwatching/beach-life on a modern standard, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the „Costa Vicentina national park“ and with beautiful view on Ingrina Beach (in about 1 km distance) The villa has been completely renovated and provides a high standard with modern kitchen, scandinavian-style living and two large bedrooms (double bed / 2 x single bed) on about 90 sqm. Good Wi-Fi is included. An extra bedroom upstairs (low ceiling) is available on demand, get in contact!

Included in the price is the heated swimming pool from March to June, September to October inclusive. On other dates pool heating available on request (extra cost). A casa tem uma localização muito privilegiada. A 3 minutos a pé da zona ribeirinha e a 5 minutos de carro da praia da Rocha a casa está inserida num bairro típico da cidade e tem as condições ideias para uma excelente estadia a quem procura descanso e diversão. Tem um alpendre muito agradável para um final de tarde relaxante. O barbecue é óptimo para quem gosta de uma boa assada.

Cottage with Patio & BBQ in Historic Centre

A magical cottage with a private patio in the heart of the walled old town – seconds away from all the fun, food and shopping and only 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. I bought the cottage as a ruin in 2016 and have lovingly refurbished it using local craftsmen and materials. I hope you enjoy the transformation as much as I do!
