This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly.
